Terms & Conditions:
- By accessing this website, the Customer confirms that its authorized representative is at least 18 years old.
- The Customer acknowledges that all information it provided during Registration is true and correct.
- Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not "rent", "trade", or "sell" email addresses. We will use your email address to send you a confirmation that you have placed an order and pertinent communication in respect of the status of your order. We do send periodic marketing emails to Customers who have opted-in to receive them, however all marketing messages contain an opt-out link.
- JUGGIES PH reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer without prior notification. Verification of certain information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
- In case of unavailability of a product or products ordered, JUGGIES PH shall advise the Customer via email/SMS and shall recommend for delivery a substitute product or products with a similar or higher value and any difference in cost shall be paid for by the Customer to JUGGIES PH.
- Holding period for delivery invoices will be three (3) calendar days only, after which said invoices will be automatically canceled.
- JUGGIES PH reserves the right to provide and/or adjust discounts to the Customer for orders booked on-line.
- While JUGGIES PH is continuously working to make its online ordering system available to all customers in all locations, the service is currently available only to selected customers in the Philippines. Deliveries will be guided by the following policies:
- Delivery is on a daily basis except Sundays and holidays, unless with prior advice from the Sales team.
- For Keg Deliveries:
- Customer must give specific date of consumption for JUGGIES PH to be able to provide manpower and equipment to the Customer
- All delivery estimates are given in good faith but without guarantee, as shipments are subject to payment clearance, system failure, delivery location, inventory, and shut-down periods, among others. While all reasonable efforts are made to provide this service, JUGGIES PH is not liable for any damages which can include, but are not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business, if any item ordered via this service does not arrive within the estimated delivery date. Further, JUGGIES PH shall not be made liable for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries due to force majeure or Acts of God, or due to errors in delivery information and/or instructions provided by the Customer.
- JUGGIES PH is unable to deliver to post office boxes.

- JUGGIES PH may allow the Customer to return paid item or items.
- However, for the item or items to be accepted by the Company, the following should be present:
- Cap Seal is Intact and is not tampered. JUGGIES PH shall retrieve from the Customer the item or items for return based on the above criteria only during delivery of new orders. Otherwise, JUGGIES PH shall charge the Customer for the appropriate freight amount for the pull-out of item or items to be returned by the Customer. The amount of freight shall be based on prevailing rates to be determined by JUGGIES PH.
- JUGGIES PH shall not issue any refund for paid items returned by the Customer but may replace the item or items with a product or products with a similar or higher value and any difference in cost shall be paid for by the Customer.
- We reserve the right to make any changes and corrections to this notice. Please refer to this page from time to time to review these and new additional information.
